Each customer arrives for a scheduled appointment and meets one-on-one with a Tri City RV professional at our check-in station. This is where education begins. Our advisors answer questions about operation, care, and maintenance, from roof seals and winterization to tire and axle upkeep.
Once checked in, our porter team carefully pulls each rig into our inspection facility, where it receives a complete once-over during the winterization process. Our RV service experts inspect the roof, side seams, tires, holding tanks, and overall condition while performing the off-season prep work.
Meanwhile, guests can relax inside our parts and accessory showroom, enjoying complimentary breakfast, lunch, or dinner while browsing new products and RV accessories. Customers can also shop our current RV inventory and take advantage of special event-only discounts.
